2 Michigan State – Didn’t play, that’s the best play this year
3 Ohio State – 2 tough, close loses
4 Iowa – Beat Purdue, nothing to be too proud of
5 Wisconsin – Lost to NW at NW, nothing to be proud of
6 Minnesota – From 4 to 8 to 6, I refuse to go any higher
7 Michigan – Absolutely perplexing, beat MSU at MSU then …
8 Northwestern – Great O will win some games
9 Purdue – A very bad team
10 Indiana – Better than Illinois
11 Illinois – Worse than Indiana

Those are the worst Power Rankings yet! I couldn't disagree more...
1.Penn Stare (ok, we agree on that...and the name)
2.Ohio State (better than MSU)
3.Michigan State (still not sure about this team...great offense, terrible defense)
4.Northwestern (beat Wisconsin and put up 51 pts. and should have beat Penn Stare)
5.Minnesota (we're back...and will finish 7-4...beat WI and IN)
6.Wisconsin (lost to NW and gave up 51 pts...no defense)
7.Michigan (can't stop the pass and Henne isn't very good)
8.Iowa (not a very good Iowa team, but they could come back and surprise me)
9.Indiana (they could be ok...and tough for the Gophers)
10.Purude (really bad)
11.Illinois (terrible)
1 PSU (It's obvious)
2 Ohio State (you still win w/ D)
3 MSU (although I'm not sure they're this good)

From looking at your ratings Andy, it appears you could disagree quite a bit more. The only serious difference is Northwestern and Iowa. But maybe this is the extent of possible disagreement between us. Penn State looks pretty good too -- forgot to list them.
Like Shawn, I think 4 though 8 are all about the same, they have strengths, they have weaknesses, I don't like any of them to be consistent over the course of the rest of the season.
But, as I mull this while making lunch, maybe I was unfair to NW -- I could see a strong arguement for them at 5 in my rankings.
