I really like Michael Robinson at Quarterback, and Derrick Williams, Deon Butler and Justin King are fast recievers(my favorite kind) and fun to watch. Not to mention that I have Derrick Williams and Tony Hunt on the Spitfires, which also helps.Of course....there's a distinct possibility that they'll lose to Ohio State this weekend and ruin yet another season for me. Whoaa, that would be something, I could say 'this year's over' twice in one season! Sweeeeet.

A. Good Color????? A Blue so deep as to be basically Black.
B. You hate Joe Paterno? Is it his accounting job that he keeps on the side? His arrogant demeanor? His disrepect for the game and opponents? His refusal to schedule tough games in the non conference schedule? I'm kidding, of course, I can't see how Joe Paterno could possibly be "hated" by a college football fan.
Oh yeah, not kidding about the accountant job he appears to still be doing.
C. Given this is a team you are adopting because you want to follow a winner, it is, at best, an odd choice. I'm afraid you are going to have to watch your new team on prime time lose to Ohio State -- don't get me wrong, I'd love to see them win, I like State for some of the same reasons you do -- and then they go to play at Michigan, likely a second loss. So you've picked a new team to follow that may very well lose to Ohio State and Michigan, the very teams that have driven you from your beloved Gophers, over the course of the next 2 weeks. I hope the emotional investment isn't very high Andy!
Of course, if they do win, it will be like winning the lottery! The odds are similiar.
