As I eat my last few bites of crow over comments made last week over a victory I had been assured of by my starting QB Bryan "Joe Willie Namath" Cupito, I must ponder the future of my Fighting Farmers. A few questions I've asked myself recently are: Can I realistically compete for the remainder of the season for the BTFFL championship? What kind of shake of does my roster need in order to compete if I do stand a chance of making it into the Blue Ox Bowl? Was my draft that bad? Should I not worry about this season and pull an Andy this early (start trading all my players of value for draft picks)? Or, should I sit on what I have, keep my core for next season together, while trade a player here or there to teams in contention and slowly build up a few extra picks in next years draft? Then again, I could simply stand pat, hope to pick up a few players, and see what happens over the next few weeks...
No matter what moves I make, this weekend does not look good for the Farmers w/ Sheets and Sutton going against week competition. Another loss is most certainly on the docket pushing me to 1-3 with little chance to regain my footing. Alas, I must still report a weekly line up regardless. If I do have a chance, it's going to be on my quarterbacks. Yuck! Here we go for week 4! Go Farmers!!!

Tempted to go with Lymon as my #3 Wr and start the unprecedented 3 WR from the same team but I don't think I will.

I think you're throwing in the towel a little early. I know that the Farmers are used to fast starts but you are tied for second! The second place team goes to the BOB. Unless you lose the next three games (and that would apply to any of the 1-2 teams) you are not out of it. Either the Goodgers will keep winning and that will mean League standings will look similar (Goodger's on top and the rest of the League fighting over second) or the Goodger's will get a few loses and the whole League will tighten up. So again, unless you fall completely flat for a stretch, You're still in it.
